My macbook pro crash after I run Premiere Rush

Hey there, I have a problem related to Premiere Rush. Actually yesterday I was using it for my first time. The program run but super slow (Premiere Pro run perfectly) and once I wanted to export the file, my MacBook pro crashed and turned automatically off. Since that, every time I run Premier Rush, my laptop crash continuously. How can I manage this situation? Thank you in advance.

  • What are your system specs (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
  • Have you tried resetting the preferences?
  • What type of media files are you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?

    Dear Kartika,

    Good morning, thanks to the Adobe customer service I solved the problem. I deleted the app data and obviously the app too. After that I restarted my Mac and then I installed Adobe premiere rush again. Now it works properly.
