My Premier Rush keeps crashing as soon as it opens

I have Windows 11 and the Premier Rush app keeps on crashing for some reason the last few days. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it didnt seem to work. The app crashes if I select a new project and as it tries to read the files, it crashes.

I have all the system requirements.

I am on v2.10

    Sorry about the crash. Does it happen with a specific project? If so, can you share media details (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)? Could you try resetting preferences and see if that brings any change? https://adobe.ly/3MFum8M
