my premiere rush project has vanished

I was working on a proejct in premiere rush on desktop and all of a sudden all media just vanished from it and now I have a blank project. Help! I was close the the end of editing my video and it's completely disappeared. Does anyone know how to recover this?? Earlier today my laptop was acting funny so I restarted it. I opened Rush afterwards and the project and all meida was there - but all of a sudden, without pressing anything, it's gone. I've since restarted but it's nowhere to be seen. Can someone advise?
