My Premiere Rush project won't open.

I have spent 3 days editing a project and after the sound stopped playing, someone suggested I re-open Rush while resetting the preferences. I did, and then all of my projects disapeeared. I managed to get my projects back on the screen, however, the most recent one will not open.

I cleared cache, signed out and back in, re-installed, and on my mobile device it says "Error: Open production failed." Can someone please help?! It's not saved anywhere else.
