My project is a blank gray screen

So after hours of work on a video, I quit to adobe premiere rush to take a break for a while. I returned about an hour later, only to find that my project didn't load anymore. Instead, there's just a blank gray screen and the white bar at the top of the screen that says file, edit, clip, etc. I have trying to find a solution for hours. Please help me!

    Do you see your projects if you click on the Home button?

     

    If not, try signing out of Premiere Rush and signing back in via the Help menu.

     

    You can also try signing into the Creative Cloud Desktop app. If you're already signed in there, try signing out and back in again.
