My project is blank and project assets are empty

Working on a project for 2 days and Adobe Rush was crashing. I restarted my computer but now the project appears as blank and no assets. I am able to access all other projects except the one I was working on. Anyone has a solution? Rush has crashed many times but I never have lost as much work. Any help much appreaciated.  

Project displays in Home Page but once I go is empty. When I attempt to look at project assets to open the sequence there are no assets or sequences, it appeasrs empty.
