My raw videos won't upload to the creative cloud on my Mac.

Hi all,

I have been trying to figure out how to upload my raw video files on my Creative Cloud on my computer but they are just being downloaded onto my computere's hard drive, (which is taking up space on my laptop). 

I was wondering if anyone knows the solution to my problem. Thanks!

Sorry about that issue. We can get this checked.

  • Are you seeing any messages or error codes?
  • What happens when you drag and drop your files on the Creative Cloud folder? Does it help in syncing?
  • Can you confirm if you have enough Cloud storage?

Hi Kartika,

 

I upload videos from my phone. I then hit the sync button to transfer them onto the cloud so I can edit them on my computer. But then the files get downloaded on my computer. Hot do I keep the files just on the cloud?

Yes, I have more than enough space on my cloud account at the moment. I only started using your software a month ago.
