My Videos aren't showing.

I go to the file I left my video in so I can import it to Rush to edit it but it isn't showing up? This is confusing because the video is definitely in there but Rush doesn't seem to see it? Is anyone else having this bug? I'll need to cancel my subscription if this continues. I've never had this before and have been using Rush for over 6 months now. Please help. (I've even tried recording another video on rush and it's not finding that video either.)
