Создал на пробной версии проект потратил на него 6 часов личного времени в итоге после оплаты он не запускается, что мне делать?

Hello, windows 10, ram 16 Gb, intel i5 6400, intel graphics card.
I was create project on trial version, when i pay for this program i see
that cant open my projects. Now i recreate my project full new.
