Near unusable

Question

I am continually amazed that this is the only app that I pay for and it underperforms every other app that I have.  It would be worth the money if I could use it.  How can it possibly crash so many times?  How can you not address the bugs?  How do you stay in business?  How are you not exhausted answering the same questions over and over?  I'm near worn out with it...

I read your note. The support community can help solve your crashing issues. Can you tell us more about your system or mobile device and the kind of media you edit with? The people in the community would need a few more details to help. Sorry about the frustration with the product.
