Need help with a YouTube copyright claim on music

I'm a regular user of Rush. I just recently used an audio track called "Neo Soul Sunshine" by Splice Originals. I received an email from YouTube telling me a Korean company is making a copyright claim on the music.

I chatted with an Adobe agent, and he referred me to this page (https://stock.adobe.com/Dashboard/LicenseHistory) to get the official license information to provide to YouTube. It's not listed there. I even created a new project and dropped the same track. It still won't show up on that page.

The same agent suggested searching for it on Adobe Stock. I can't find it. I've wasted most of my day trying to find anything that I can use to dispute this case. Outside of some intervention by Adobe, what the heck should I do?

Thanks!

Hi,

I recommend you dispute the claim. See this response: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush-discussions/copyright-claimed-by-someone-else-for-your-music/m-p/13623620#M15812

I hope the info helps.

Thanks,
Kevin

I'm here trying to find out how to claim a dispute on YouTube for the same exact song  "Neo Soul Sunshine".

Thanks Kevin! I thought that there was something that Adobe could provide that I could use to dispute my claim. But since the con artists at sellbuymusic have made a habit of this, I made my case as painfully clear as I could. Now I have to wait 30 days for them to do nothing or try to get me terminated.

Here's an update:

I just straight up gave YouTube a response that consisted of me stating my case in as plain a manner as possible. I chewed out Sellbuymusic a.k.a. SourceAudio Holdings LLC for falsely making copyright claims on audio that they don't even own. Then I chewed out YouTube for allowing such shyster behavior, especially when there's a pattern of it.

This morning, the crooks from Korea decided to release their copyright claim, and now my short video can be viewed on YouTube. I guess in the future, I'll just have to make a note of where and from whom my audio originated to prevent any further copyright claims.
