New graphics tab wont load any fonts or text

What's going on with this new update?

It's been almost 20 minutes now and the dumb thing is still loading. How is this an update if you can't even put down text in your videos?

I read somewhere to logout of creative cloud desktop app and then log back in. I tried it and it worked. So, the graphics are all in there now -- unfortunately it just continues to crash at will so I haven't been able to do any work today.

I found out how to make it work.

You have to uninstall the lastest update and install the old version.

Still seems to have audio issue. You can't really change the volume.

I have experienced the same thing -- it will not load the Titles, so I cannot do any work on the projects. Additionally, every time I hit "home", my Premiere Rush automatically closes and I have to re-open.
