New to Rush - video is not showing

Hello, I am brand new as of today new to this program so I'm sure this is a user error:-) 

 

I created a new project

The video clips show at the bottom of the screen

I can hear audio from the video 

The video does not show at the top of the screen

I am having the same issue with video from a galaxy phone. I have the clips loaded at the bottom in the timeline but it only plays the audio. Driving me crazy. I have tried different format of videos, uninstalling, restarting, preferences... its not a black screen, its just not showing anything as far as the video/visual, just audio.

Hi @Matt_the_Mech,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your video. Are you using the HEVC format on the starter version of Rush? Depending on your subscription, this format might not be supported. If that's the case, could you try using the standard H.264 format at a resolution no larger than 4K?

If you're still experiencing issues, could you please provide more details about your footage type (Using MediaInfo in Tree View is helpful) and your Rush subscription level? Additionally, it would be helpful to know the duration of your timeline and the remaining storage on your phone.
