No audio after exporting from Rush

When I export the video from Rush the audio is not there, if I add the video to Premier Pro it is also not there, but the audio bar shows there is audio. In Rush, the audio works fine.

 

I have tried:

  • Resetting Rush
  • Updating my Nividia driver
  • Setting my audio preferences within Rush
  • Checked for an update of the software (there is none)
  • Placing the video in Premier Pro to see if the sound works there (it does not)
  • Triple checked my headphones, and speakers work and the volume is on. 

 

I have:

  • Rush 2.10
  • Windows 11

 

Help! I really do not want to have to put this video together all over again.

Hi,

Check out Preferences > Audio Output. Set it to the proper output device. Hope that works.
