!No blue timeline header, no timeline scroll bar, no +/- button, no arrow hot key function!

Please help!!!!!!!

 

Premiere rush does not show blue timeline in main view screen, no blue header in timeline, no timeline scroll at bottom, plus/minus buttons do not work, arrow buttons do not work. I am on a new iPad.

    I have a screen shot of the missing functions attached. This is the latest version of the app.

    adobe call center help is no help.

    The edit command (cmd+z, cmd+x, etc) hot keys seem to work but no other hot keys.
