No carga la imagen del video.

Uso la aplicación en dos dispositivos, pero después de las últimas actualizaciones no carga la imagen de los videos en ninguno de los celulares, ya intenté subir y bajar la calidad, los fps y el formato HEVC. Saben si hay alguna solución?
