No chance to add your own sounds

Hello, I can't add audio files from my laptop (Dell). When I click on the "Audio" button, it opens the "Browse Audio" window. Very frustrating... Restarting the app doesn't help either... Does anyone know anything about this?

    Audio-only files should be supported. Try converting the file to a .wav or .aif file. Some .mp3 files aren't supported because of the audio codec contained inside the wrapper. I use Shutter Encoder (freeware) to do things like that. You can use Media Encoder if you have the Creative Cloud apps, as well. Try it and report back.
