No "edit" title button in desktop version

Please help and suggest how to edit Titles. I don't have "Edit" button visible in my version...

Does it happen with a specific Title or is it random?
Which device are you using for Rush?

Once you add a title to your timeline, you can double-click on it and it will become editable.
