No more sound after uploading

I just started with Rush . So i took some clips with music and tried to make a nice timeline with them. This worked out rather well and as i played the complete video i also could here all the sounds, voices, music. After uploading the video i still have the full experience (images, sound...) but when i try to share it f.e. on WhatsApp or with We Transfer my friends can only see the images but they can hear no sound? I hope someone has a solution? TIA

    We're having the same issue. Files output from Rush aren't working on Whatapp. We have to use an online video converter to just to make them work which requires additional steps that shouldn't be necessary.
