No projects showing in Rush after logging out and signing back in

I just ruined my student's life - please help! She was having sync issues in Rush (working on a Windows tablet app) & troubleshooting on Adobe's website suggested closing Rush, signing out of CC and then signing back in. She did - now there are NO projects in Rush at all. I am mortified. Creative Cloud files also show "no files."

Her first draft, raw footage dropped in a timeline, is still showing on her phone (iOS) version of the app. She had started the project there, then decided to work on it on her tablet instead.
