No right click in Adobe Rush?

Welcome to the community. I see that you're having multiple questions.

 if Adobe Rush does not allow you to right-click on items on the video timeline. As of now, Premiere Rush doesn't have this feature. You can request for this: https://adobe-video.uservoice.com/forums/916423-premiere-rush

Also, everything is choppy like there is a resource issue. We would need more info to troubleshoot the issue.
