No sound in project when importing mp4 files more than 10 min

Sorry for the problem. This is very surprising.

Can you please see if the clip is muted on Timeline/Audio panel ?   (Open Track controls and Audio controls from the bottom bar on Mobile devices )

Hope it will help. Please mention OS/device information otherwise.

If it happens with a particular file, please share that file too, if possible.
