No video track only audio track after upload

Hi,

after uploading my video directly on the iphone to the app, it plays only the audio track but the whole video is black. Why?
Can somebody help me please?

Hi @lona_1222,

Thanks for the message and welcome to the forum. Some people shooting with iPhone's are getting this. Switch off "spatial audio" in your camera settings. Let us know if that works. I hope we can help you. Sorry for the hassle.

Hi Kevin,

thanks for the hint, i found it under the camera settings/record sound and turned it off. This function has a bit different wording in german and was not that obvious. But now Premiere rush is showing the video track again 🙂
