No visual when exporting

I am trying to export a quick video that someone recorded on their phone. We added audio and a text layover, but when we go to export, the visual from the video is gone. The audio and text layover are still there, but no video. Just a black screen. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?

Hi Emnorgreen!

That's weird. Can you let us know the mobile device is used to capture footage? Which device do you have for using Premiere Rush?
