Not all videos show in projects from PC to Mac/iPhone

We are made edited some videos on our PC, but some aren't showing up in the Rush app for Mac and iphone.  We've shut all the apps, restarted..... clicked our heals three times.... A bit of a loss.  It's been three days too.  

Any ideas?
