Question

‘Not Connected to Network’ even though WiFi is connected. Adobe Crash = Project Lost

Choosing an application and paying them for a service is no longer worth it when I lose projects that directly affect my income. I am losing time on re-editing entire video projects due to crashes, even though the project is meant to 'auto-save'. It is the worst feeling to finally press 'Render Video' and see it completely disappear and all you can do is restart. I want to continue using Adobe as I love the interface, but this needs to be fixed.

Hello @FFreelance,

The network warning can be ignored. Sync was removed on Feb. 1, but the app has not been updated to remove that warning yet. Sorry for the confusion.

Rush has issues with newer phones and formats, so that may be the issue. If you have an iPhone, try

"Most Compatible" mode, which is H.264 and not HEVC 10-bit HDR: https://support.apple.com/en-us/116944.

If you have an Android device, check system requirements to see if your device is supported or not.

These issues may hold the key to a more stable experience with Rush. I am on leave, so I'll try to check back with you when I return.

I hope one of these things work for you.

Thanks,
Kevina
