Not responding

My adobe rush constantly says "not responding" when trying to load projects.  It doesn't matter what size they are.  It eventually opens but recently when it does open, it looks like all of the videos or photos are black.  I have to close out and reopen the program (which opening the program already takes 2 minutes). It has been doing this for a while now and is getting worse. It is up to date.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing these issues with Adobe Rush. Could you try to Clear the Cache? Sometimes cached data can cause performance issues. You can clear the cache by going to Preferences > Media in Adobe Rush and clicking Delete next to "Delete Cache Files."

Also, check if your graphics drivers are up-to-date. This can help with rendering issues, especially if you're seeing black images or videos.

Cleared the cache and everything is up to date and still having problems.
