“not responding issues” with Rush

Hi,

I’m experiencing “not responding issues” with Rush.

I have an existing project that was working normally up until now. A file will open and play fine at first, but if I make a minor edit like delete a segment, then things stop working. I tried clearing the cache and resetting preferences…and it still freezes.

 

I’m using a Think Pad laptop with the following:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz   2.30 GHz

Installed RAM 24.0 GB (23.8 GB usable)

System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Edition Windows 10 Pro, Version 20H2

Using Adobe Rush 1.5.62  Build 61

Hi there!

Sorry for the trouble. What's the source of the media files that you're editing? What happens when you uncheck " Use Optimized clips"? Go to View > Use Optimized Clips.
