Not supported media type

Question

Hi! While importing pictures from Apple Photos to Adobe Rush, I get an error message that the media type is not supported. This also happens to pictures that I export from Lightroom to my device and then try to import to Rush. It seems an occasional error. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Anybody knowing this problem?

Hi @sander_0146,I read your issue. I would export these via Preview before importing them into Rush. Others found success via this route. If you have Photoshop, you can batch process them and that would be faster. I hope the advice helps. Thanks,Kevin
