@Kevin-Monahan irrespective of any video I import both preview and exports are glitched. Attached is the sample video from Instagram and a screen recorsing of the glitch issue faced.

What FPS are you shooting? Can you try 24fps or 30fps instead of 60fps? See what happens, and then let me know.
