Nothing but issues… need help

I've had nothing but issues with this app. First it freezes non stop. No matter what I'm doing. It fails to upload anything consistently. And just now, it deleted a year worth of videos off my phone! HELP ME!

Hi @natasha35364782yso2,

I read your message. Sounds like you're having trouble. Are you on a computer or on mobile? Are you on iPhone? Please update iOS and Rush and things should be working normally again.

 

As for project loss, it does seem odd. The existing projects should still be on your device or computer. Can you give us any other info about that situation, like a screenshot? I hope the community can assist.
