Older Autosaves

Heyas,

Is there a way to load an older autosave of a project in Premiere Rush? I was editing but for some reason when you cut and delete part of a video file it decided to also delete recorded audio (not sure why the hell it does that in the first place) And now I've lost audio because it crashed and I had to reopen and only realised after some of the audio was missing.
