Open production failed

Hey there i was been working on a video all day and now my Adobe rush app app wont open and i am getting this pop-up that 'open production failed' please help me sort this issue..

I am using paid version of Rush on my android device 'Poco F1' and i am using latest version.

I have to send this video by tomorrow to a client..

Please revert back Asap .

Hi Azam!

Sorry to hear this. Would you mind sharing more information?

What type of media files have you used (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?
Could you confirm if there's enough space available on your mobile device?
What happens when you log out and back into Premiere Rush? Does that help?

Hey Kartika,

It's mp4 file 1080p 24fps and the file is from GoPro Hero7 and yes i have got enough space on my device also i tried logging out, uninstalling and again logging in to my adobe rush id but nothing helped..

I see many people faced the same issue in the past, infact there are messages on this community dated back 2019 with the same issue but i dont see any solution to this problem in community reply..

What should i do!! Send you the log and how!!
