Pan and Zoom Funktion – bad Animationquality

I am using Premiere Rush on a MacBookPro 2017, 10.14. Unfortunately, the animation is shaky/jerky when using the "Pan and Zoom" function. At any quality level after rendering, there is a slight jitter in the animation. This jerking is extremely annoying and can be seen well. It is stronger with enlargements than with reductions. Quality of the Picturevisuals is perfect as well as the text animations. I have tested it in the IOs version, here it is the same, unfortunately does not shaky as much. In this video directly from Adobe it is also good to see.
