Pan and Zoom is horrible

I don't have a dedicated video card because I don't do a lot of video.  I decided to give Pan and Zoom a try on an image.  It wouldn't.  But, I was going from super small to full size. It wouldn't preview and it would smoke my GPU to 100%.  So, I turned off Hardware Acceleration and Pre-Render.  Still no.  It just goes black and eventually comes back once it is WAY past the photo.

I finally tried changing the Start from super small to medium size and the preview worked-ish.

It still won't Render.  I'm on Windows 11 with 32GB Ram.  My Video isn't "gaming quality" but for most of my photo processing it has been fine. Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 is the on-board video.

I'd say it is definitely the video, but seems like others have been having similar issues.  Anything else I can try?  Any recommendations for a not-more-than-the-PC-price Video card?
