Paying for Premiere Rush on ipad

Can anyone tell me, I have the yearly subscription to creative cloud for my desktop. I have downloaded Photoshop and Illustrator on my iPad pro but my question is do I have to pay extra to put Rush on my iPad? even though I already have it on my desktop? I kept reading comments that I have to pay extra. Please let me know
