So I pay for the premium rush version and I made a clip the other day went to save it to my device and it's telling me I need to pay for premium but I already do

Are you signed in? You might also try downloading the Adobe Creative Cloud for mobile app and signing in there. If you already have that and are signed in, try signing in and back out again.
