Photo from Creative Cloud not importing.

I am having trouble importing some logos that I did into my video. They have a transparent background and are save to my Creative Cloud folders but I keep getting a Media Import Error. Please help!

What is the file format of the graphic you are trying to import? PNG? PSD?

Have you ensured that this graphic file is 24-bit RGB and is not CMYK?
