Pixelations & Glitch

I was wondering if someone can help me fix how premiere rush makes some parts of my videos glitch out or is pixelated. This is the first time that this has ever happened to me on premiere rush. I thought it only turned out like that since I film and edit on my phone but I've edited many videos before and this is the first time it has ever happened. I tried fixing it by taking out some clips or duplicating a clip deleting the old clip hopefully seeing if anything would change but it was the same. Please help me !!
