poor export quality on Rush

I am fairly new to editing video however I feel something is wrong!

I have been shooting with my Canon G5X Mii(so decent quality) then editing on Premiere Rush but once I've exported the clip it appears to become a terrible quality (super blurred although I haven't noticed much change in colour). I've been exporting it locally and been using the highest quality and 2160p 4K ultra HD as the resolution... what do i do?!
