PR e AE ERROR

Good morning everyone!
I've been having problems in PR and AE for a week, it just closes!
with simple projects, small cell phone videos close ... I read and saw in some places talking about the H264 format. mp4 be giving problem, but i use it for 1000 years and i never had problem. Will ABOBE help me or will I have to go there? kkkkk help me please!

I'm having the same problem! PR just keeps crashing when I'm trying to do simple things.
