Premier Crash

I installed premier rush on the computer ( new Dell) and the app just keeps crashing on opening or after a few minutes of using it, it just freezes and crashes afterwards. I did all the trouble-shooting and installed and uninstalled the program. nothing is happening. 

Why is it so bad?

Sorry about the crash. Do you see any error codes or messages when it crashes? Does it happen with a specific project? If so, could you share the media details that you're using (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?

Hello, Thank you for your reply. It happens in general and there is no code or error message. Just the program shuts gets unresponsive and then shuts down.

That is very frustrating as we invest money for the corporate account to be able to use this tool.

Please let me know what could be the issue

Sorry about the frustration. What type of media files are you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)? Can you try running Rush as an administrator? Right-click on the app icon > Run as administrator.
