premier rush and sansumg s23 ultra files

Good morning, I would like to know why I cannot open and edit files created on my S23 ultra in premier rush desktop? is there a way to solve this problem? please I really need help, thank you.

    This needs to get fixed.  I'm a paid user (Premier Pro and Rush) and cannot use the desktop version or Rush.
