Premier Rush App Crashing
Dear Adobe Support,
I am writing to express my frustration with Adobe Premiere Rush, which I have been experiencing persistent issues with despite being a paid user.
My account is associated with the email ID: sridharcartoonist@gmail.com. I recently subscribed to the premium version of Adobe Premiere Rush on my iPad, expecting a smooth and professional experience.
However, the app has become virtually unusable due to the following issues:
Rendering does not complete – my projects simply do not export, no matter the settings I choose.
Frequent crashes – the app crashes repeatedly during editing, making it impossible to complete any project.
I have tried restarting the device, reinstalling the app, and ensuring the iOS is up to date, but the problems persist.
As a paying customer, I am deeply disappointed. I kindly request:
Immediate assistance in resolving these technical issues.
Compensation or refund for the time and money lost if the problems cannot be resolved quickly.
Please advise on the next steps or any troubleshooting actions I may have missed. I look forward to your prompt response.
