Premier Rush is frequently crashing. Where do I report the issue?

Rush is crashing frequently. The log files indicate some stack overflow?

How do I report this and, hopefully get a resolution?

    Thanks for reporting this, and sorry about the crashes. You've come to the right place to report the issue.

    If Rush is generating a crash report, please submit it when prompted and include your email address so the report can be identified.

    Please keep in mind that Premiere Rush is now at end of life and is no longer being actively developed. Technical support continues until September 30, 2026, but new operating system and hardware changes may affect its reliability.
