Premier RUSH issue

I am subscribed to use Premier Rush

When I import my video I receive the error

"This file requires the HEVC codec which is included with a CC cloud membership...to upgrade bla bla....."

I am paid up and unable to use this app,

can anybody help PLEASE

( I first encoutered this issue last year, gave up banging my head against a wall and started using Filmora Womdershare, thought I'd have another try here)
