Premier Rush keeps crashing

I'm on a desktop computer and every time I open Rush it will only stay open for a few seconds and then it crashes. It is a new Dell laptop and Rush is up to date. Any suggestions?

    Same. Worked with Adobe. IT. Dell. Stood on my head. Can't get it to work. 

     

    If I navigate to a folder with a mp4 or video file in it, it crashes. It cannot preview the file. 

     

    Let me know if anyone figures this out.

      Sorry about the crash. Does it happen with a specific project? Can you reset preferences? https://adobe.ly/3XeCQtH

      Could you also try launching as "Run as administrator" to see if that helps?

        It crashes before I can even open a project. I've installed a previous version and it's working ok so I'll stick with it.
