Premier Rush keeps Crashing on windows 10

Dear Adobe I have a windows 10 PC with an AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six-Core Processor 3.60 GHz and a Nvidia 1660Ti GPU. Everytime I start the program, it stops after boot and nothing happens.

Please help if you have any idea how to solve this issue.
