Premier Rush Lag on video export

when exporting video from Premier Rush, the Audio is not sincronized eith the video creating a lagging effect and reducing its quality for social media content.

I am having the exact same issue.  Exported videos start to lag/glitch after about 15 minute mark, video is all over the place but audio is fine.  Tried speaking to online help but was getting nowhere, told to do basics like cleare cache, the chat kept disconnecting and now I can't get back in!

What is the source of the footage? Was it shot on a phone? Are you on the mobile or desktop app. We need more info, if you don't mind.
