Premier Rush on Creative Cloud

I have a problem with Premier Rush. I have Creative Cloud (Monthly Payment) with Rush included but the app keep telling me to get an upgrade as I only have 3 project exports per month. 

I though the version was the best because in the plan it says so. 

Any ideas?

Hello! Try signing out of Rush and Creative Cloud apps everywhere, restart your computer, and sign back in... Sounds like you just need a fresh connection... Let us know if that does the trick.

Hi Anissa, still saying that I need to upgrade the program, but I am paying 20USD per month to have all the apps. But this one is not giving me all the projects expected.
